SUPER SILKGLOSS EFFECT / DUAL UV LAMPS SYSTEM

Our revolutionary two-stage UV-LED curing technology will eliminate the UV banding effects encountered in conventional UV curing process, thereby delivering the superb image quality of the prints. Switching between matt and gloss effect can be easily achieved with our proprietary ink technology, curing methods and software control.


NO COATING OR LAMINATION IS REQUIRED!

UV LED technology offers high scratch resistance without coating or lamination on the prints. It helps to maintain the original saturation and contrast of the image since no coating or lamination is applied onto the prints, resulting in time saving and no additional labor cost.

3 media loading options cater for lightweight, heavyweight & soft media. Different media can be handled accrodingly.

INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND PRINT ON MORE MEDIA

UV LED lamps do not need to warm up. Printing can begin immediately upon starting the printer. No infra-red heat is emitted from LED light source, thus eliminating the problems of printing on heat sensitive media. UV LED lamps also consume much less power as compared to conventional UV lamps.

ECO FRIENDLY SOLUTION

UV LED curing technology is a truly environmenty friendly solution since LED lamps are mercury-free and there are no UV rays, no ozone emitting and no risk in bulb breaking. UV LED lamps have a long life cycle, the output power is consistent throughout its whole life cycle thus ensuring the consistent print quality.

Printing with the high density white inks, IUV506 offers bright and vivid colors on transparent and colored media. Thanks to the separate white ink circulation system, IUV506 easily keeps the white ink properly mixed at all times for consistent and reliable printing. Coming with professional ColorPRINT RIP, IUV506 enables over-printing for backlit applications on transparent materials, under-printing for colored materials, printing white out of images, or printing white as a spot color.
